Moteur 1043 - "perdu" par TNT

If any of you guys are offered a v.clean looking airhead engine from an employee of TNT let me know.

The engine is easily distinguishable as it has the narrower cylinders of the 1043 HPN pistons and a kick-start gearbox

The whole pallet "disappeared" in transit down from UK to Italy 

I don't expect to see it again, but was hoping to make the on-sale more challenging

Do you have a serial n° for that engine? Or any specs that would allow to recognize it more easily?

Yes, its a small world (that's why I am hoping to ruin someone's engine sale)

unfortunately did not take down engine number. However there are not many airhead engines with the shorter 1043 HPN cylinders around, so it would stand out. 

I don't think it will be in France, but the market is pan-European so thought it was worth a try....

was the engine new, used in appearance?
With clutch, carbs, starter?
Based on /7 or post 84 engine?

engine looked new, full vapour blast

short cylinders (as stated above)

kick-start gearbox

no carbs - this was the only part of the delivery that made it to Italy

Ras Thurlo signale donc qu'il s'est fait voler un moteur de BMW lors de son transport entre le Royaume uni et l'Italie via TNT.
Le moteur possède des cylindres courts HPN, un arbre à cames enduro 296, une boite de vitesse à kick. L'ensemble est d'apparence très propre, nettoyé à la vapeur.
Si on vous propose d'acheter une mécanique complète...pensez à lui!
